Earica Cole
Earica Cole is a Jacksonville, Florida native who lives in the Tampa area with her husband, Brian, and bonus son, Bricen.
Earica is the CEO of $8 Bling Bosses, LLC; Earica Cole, LLC; and Eara’s Girls Media Group, and co-owns several other businesses across real estate and consulting. Alongside leading multiple successful companies and supporting her family, Earica mentors thousands of entrepreneurs. She is the author of Broken Pieces Created My Purpose and Self-Guided Journal to Healing Your Broken Pieces.
Earica holds a B.S. in Marketing and Business Management and a Project Management Certification. She attended Florida A&M University and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, earning additional certifications as an Adult-Learning Director and Sales and Service Director. Since 2002, she has served in executive leadership roles within the financial corporate sector.
In 2017, she stepped into the direct sales industry, where she quickly rose to the highest rank, becoming the fastest-ranking consultant in company history. She also speaks on Effective Money Management and Financial Health and Wellness.
A dedicated philanthropist, Earica supports foster children and single mothers through her nonprofit, J. Alexander’s Foundation, Inc., which provides scholarships and tutoring. She also partners with local churches to serve her community.

Vanessa Follow
Vanessa Follow is a Business Consultant and entrepreneur originally from Tampa, Florida, who now resides in Lakeland, Florida. She is a devoted wife and proud mother of three.
With over 25 years of experience in project management and business analytics across the transportation and insurance industries, Vanessa has built a career centered on organization, efficiency, and operational improvement. She is known for her ability to identify gaps, streamline processes, and lead initiatives within complex, highly regulated environments.
Vanessa has led and contributed to operational and process improvements that supported evolving laws and regulatory changes within both the transportation and insurance industries.
She attended the University of South Florida, focusing on Business Management, and is widely recognized for her analytical strengths, problem-solving mindset, and practical approach to business operations.
Vanessa is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs and is deeply committed to mentoring and supporting the development of young women, encouraging confidence, growth, and self-belief.
